Service Philosophy

At Schneller few of our customers arrive at our shop atop of a flatbed truck. Occasionally some do, but it’s rare. Why? We treat every car as if it were a race car. It is just as important for a service customer’s car to start in the early hours of the morning at Logan Airport as it is for a race car to safely & reliably make it through a race weekend. At Schneller we keep you abreast of the services your car needs & will be needing months down the road. This perspective avoids unnecessary breakdowns & “surprise” repair bills.

Surprisingly, few repair facilities (including dealers) take this approach, focusing only on customer complaints and what the car was “brought in for”. This “blinders on” approach to service oftentimes leads to problems arising just after the car had been serviced. This isn’t good for the customer nor the Shop’s reputation.
